Other highly qualified physicians at Precision Vascular are available to continue your medical care. If you are a patient of Dr. McQuade, a representative of Precision Vascular will contact you to transition your care to another physician associated with the practice.
Your medical records are confidential and Precision Vascular will retain custodianship of your medical records. A copy of your medical records can be transferred to another physician with a valid written authorization.
